All of our products are carefully and meticulously made to order, exclusively for Imperial Strength Co. You should expect tracking to be available in 5-7 business days after your purchase is made. When your tracking link is available, you will automatically receive an e-mail from us with your tracking number, link and estimated delivery time for your given address.

If you happen to have any problems with your tracking link, please contact us via email, or contact form. A member of our team will be able to assist you.

Your product may have a unique order but do not fret as this is completely normal. Some of our products use a method of printing called DTG (direct to garment) printing. The DTG printing process can sometimes leave a vinegar-like odor on the printed item. The smell should go away on its own, but if it persists you can flip the shirt inside out and wash it on cold, and dry on low. Or you can rinse the garment in cold water and hang it to dry! This should resolve this issue.

There are also individual charts related to each specific product in the product description for a better understanding of sizing.

Cleaning Instructions for Clothing Items

To keep your clothing items in great condition, follow these cleaning guidelines:

1. Check Care Labels: Always review the care label for specific washing instructions. Follow the recommended water temperature and cleaning method.
2. Flip Inside Out: Turn clothing inside out before washing to protect colors, prints, and delicate fabrics from wear caused by friction during washing.
3. Separate Colors: Wash clothing in groups based on colors—darks, lights, and whites—to prevent color bleeding.
4. Use a Mild Detergent: Opt for a light detergent to protect the fabric and maintain its softness. Avoid harsh chemicals or bleach unless specified on the label.
5. Wash Gently: For delicate or specialty items, hand wash in cool water, gently agitating the fabric. For machine-washable items, use a gentle cycle with similar fabrics.
6. Spot Clean When Needed: Address stains immediately by gently blotting (not rubbing) with a mild detergent or stain remover.
7. Rinse Thoroughly: Ensure all detergent is rinsed out to avoid residue that could irritate skin or damage fabric.
8. Dry with Care:
   • Air Dry Recommended: Lay clothing flat on a clean surface or hang them to air dry in a well-ventilated space. Avoid direct sunlight for bright or dark-colored items to prevent fading.
   • Use Low Heat for Drying: If machine drying is necessary, use a low-heat setting to minimize shrinkage and fabric wear. Remove items promptly to prevent wrinkles.

By following these steps, including flipping items inside out and controlling heat during drying, your clothing will stay in top condition for longer!

Cleaning Instructions for Wrist Wraps and Lifting Straps

To maintain the quality and longevity of your wrist wraps and lifting straps, please follow these cleaning instructions:

1. Hand Wash Only: Fill a basin or sink with warm water and add a small amount of light detergent. Avoid using bleach or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the material.
2. Gentle Wash: Submerge the wrist wraps and lifting straps in the soapy water. Gently agitate and rub them to remove dirt and sweat.
3. Repeat if Necessary: If your wraps and straps are heavily soiled, repeat steps 1 and 2 for a more thorough cleaning.
4. Rinse Thoroughly: Rinse the items under cool running water to remove all detergent. Ensure no soap residue remains.
5. Air Dry Only: Lay the wraps and straps flat or hang them in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight or heat sources. Avoid using a dryer, as high heat can weaken the material and cause shrinkage.

By following these steps, and repeating as necessary, your wrist wraps and lifting straps will stay clean, fresh, and in great condition for your next workout!

We ship worldwide with a combination of different carriers depending on your location. Typically, if you live on the planet earth then we'll ship there! At the moment, there are a select few countries in the world that we do not ship to. If you happen to live in one of these countries please contact us and we will try and see if we can get your desired products to you!

We do our absolute best to ensure that all of our items are expedited through customs, with no extra costs.

It is very rare that our parcels are subject to additional fees, but please be aware that your item may be held at customs for inspection, delaying the delivery time, and you may be charged a customs fee or import tax or similar.

Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about customs clearance - customs rules make the buyer (aka you) responsible for these fees.

Here at Imperial Strength Co. we believe that we have provided you with all the necessary information with full transparency for you to make a smooth purchase and select the right items in the right sizes. Please carefully check the product description and size guidelines before placing your order. You are fully protected by the PayPal protection scheme and eligible for a no questions asked refund if the item is proven to be damaged, defective or not as described.

We will just need a few things from you to process your return/refund. Your name, your order ID, a photo of the product received and a brief explanation of the issue. Once we have received this information (within 7 days from order arrival), we will fully examine the case and within a reasonable window of time, offer either a full/partial refund, store credit, or a free return shipping label and a replacement.

We do not issue refunds or returns if:

• your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
• picking the wrong size for your ordered items (please double check measurements!)
• Items are marked as delivered on the tracking link provided.

Unfortunately, all international orders are FINAL and no returns or exchanges can be made once placed.

From time to time with shipping (especially international shipping), items can get lost or stuck at customs. We all hope that day never comes!

If you order has not had a tracking update in over 30 days, we will happily give you a full refund, no questions asked!

If your tracking number says the order was delivered successfully to your address or has been signed for, in most circumstances we are unable to grant a refund. Please contact us if if these issues arise so we can investigate the issue and find a solution for you.

No worries! We can cancel your order so long as your order has not entered production which typically takes 1-3 days, so email us immediately if you would like to cancel an order or make any modifications to the order!

We do our best to perfectly replicate the product mockup, but our items are printed on different weight and material fabrics, and depending on your screen RGB setting – colors may vary very slightly.
