Refund Policy

Here at Imperial Strength Co. we believe that we have provided you with all the necessary information with full transparency for you to have a smooth purchasing experience with selecting the right items in the right sizes. Please carefully check the product description and size guidelines before placing your order. 

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for specified items that are labeled as final sales, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We also don't offer returns if your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address) and picking the wrong size for your ordered items so please double check measurements!

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Returns
We will just need a few things from you to process your return/refund. Your name, your order ID, a photo of the product received and a brief explanation of the issue. Once we have received this information (within 7 days from order arrival date), we will fully examine the case and within a reasonable window of time, offer either a full/partial refund, store credit, or a return shipping label for exchange either paid by the customer or free determining on the reasoning and outcome of the case.

Return items must be in it's original packaging and condition it arrived in. Item's that are worn or damage and/or washed and dried won't be accepted for a refund due to sanitary reasons.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return request, and let you know if the items returned was approved or not for a refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method once we have received the item and inspected it. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges
We will just need a few things from you to process your return/refund. Your name, your order ID, a photo of the product received and a brief explanation of why you want an exchange (sizing, damage, etc). Once we have received this information (within 7 days from order arrival date), we will fully examine the case and within a reasonable window of time, offer either a full/partial refund, store credit, or a return shipping label for exchange either paid by the customer or free determining on the reasoning and outcome of the case.
