SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

Imperial Strength Co. are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 1-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

ORDER DELIVERY AND REFUND POLICY

At Imperial Strength Co, we strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. To ensure clarity and transparency, we have established the following policy regarding order deliveries and refunds:

Tracking and Delivery Confirmation:

Once an order is placed and shipped, a tracking number will be provided to the customer via email.

The tracking number allows the customer to monitor the delivery status of their order.

Delivery Status

If the tracking information indicates that the order has been delivered to the address provided by the customer, it will be considered delivered.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the delivery address provided during checkout.

Non-Eligibility for Refunds:

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are not eligible for a refund. This policy is in place as the delivery confirmation acts as insurance for our company against losses.

We recommend customers to check with their neighbors, household members, or the local post office if they are unable to locate a delivered package.

Further Assistance:

While refunds are not available for orders marked as delivered, we are committed to assisting our customers in locating their packages. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and provide any support necessary.
